Here’re some of the results
other people getting with Shorts:

– 3.5 Million views posting other people’s videos
– 24 million views posting 5 sec videos
– 1.4 million views posting 30 sec review videos

You can start right TODAY in
the next 10 min, without any skills,
experience, or budget.

To your success

– If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. But at the same time you always want to be putting – If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. But at the same time you always want to be putting yourself out of business. So what I mean is you always want to be saying what am I not seeing that could be the next thing? You got to just press record. I want to hear your opinion on shorts. And is that something to get into now. We’re three or four in on think media now. Our goal is to do two a week on think media.
Our goal in the future is to probably start a clips channel, which would not be exclusively shorts. I think that whenever a new feature comes out, good to use it and experiment with it, update your YouTube app and you might have a shorts creator right there on the app itself, which is similar to Instagram reels. You can actually integrate popular music, combine multiple clips and editing together, and there it’s going to be 60 seconds, it’s going to be vertical and you could create that on your iPhone or your Android. When you have the bandwidth, take some, put a little calendar block on your calendar to experiment with shorts, create a short, post one.

We like to do the experiments, be in the trenches see what we can learn. We want to try different shorts formats, if that makes sense. You know, kind of education-based ones, maybe entertainment-based ones where we just show off a compilation of the footage of photography from a camera, and then maybe use it to link to a full video about the review or details about the camera. We have not dove like super headfirst into them because our main strategy is working great.

It’s enough, you know, we have multiple content creators but to create five videos a week and to sustain that and there are quality tutorials and reviews and so on and so forth. So it was a bandwidth question. Man, even though they’re quick to make, our rhythm and the library we’re building and the whole strategy of ASQ and answer specific questions and the stuff we teach in the master class, like that’s crushing for us. So I’ll land the plane saying, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
